Project Overview
A radiology services provider needed to automate their billing workflow. Previously, billing teams manually processed hundreds of scan cases exported from Excel files, calculated charges for institutions and individual doctors, identified and removed duplicate entries, and generated invoices — a process that took days and was prone to errors.
We built a web-based billing platform that automates the entire cycle, reducing invoice generation time from days to hours while eliminating manual errors.

Solution
The platform accepts Excel uploads containing scan case data. It automatically parses, validates, and deduplicates records before applying the relevant billing rate — institution rate or doctor rate — based on case type. Invoices are generated as downloadable PDFs with full audit history.
