AS Web Craft provides website design, web development, WordPress development, eCommerce development, and custom web application services. The scope of work for each project is agreed upon in writing before work commences.

2. Payment Terms

A deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final website files or credentials are released. Payment terms are specified in each individual project proposal.

3. Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be charged at our standard hourly rate.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing timely feedback, content, images, and any other required materials. Delays caused by late client input may affect project timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the final website design and code created specifically for their project. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Third-Party Tools & Licences

Some projects may include third-party plugins, themes, or services. Any licences for such tools are the responsibility of the client to renew after project handover.

7. Limitation of Liability

AS Web Craft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your prior consent, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
